I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and fun to see the numbers every month. For the month of January, there was only one sale, down from three sales in December. For this size of neighborhood, we don't see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates. The average sale was $470,000, and sellers are seeing 97.94% to list price. This home was on the market for only 17 days. This neighborhood sure could use some inventory!
This neighborhood has a community pool, tennis courts and a community pond for the kiddos wanting to try out their rod & reel!
