I just want to say thanks to Jeff Turner and Nick M. They inspired me to take my Olympus 5060 WZ camera out and try and shoot a video. Although it is a very short shoot I am pleased I was able to do it. Now if I can only find my tripod I can go and take steadier shots.

It is a lousy day here in NH and a good day to stay in and relax and play in the rain. Again Thanks to Jeff Turner and Nick M.

Jay, that is sweet, aint it? that's why all my localism pics have it.. to prevent theft..:) although you can crop it out.

Ines, I learned that the hard way... driving back to get a few comparable pictures and the report is due due due!!

i used http://www.power101.com/ to buy cheap batteries. now i have 4 at all times. (4 cost me less that 1 at best buy!) they shipped em quick too. :)

Well I guess I'm going to have to learn something new to keep up with you now, Jay! And then I'll have to learn how to do that on RealEstateShows, and then........oh gosh, I am SO far behind. I do have a camera though. ;-)

Ann you snuck in there. It's a lot easier than you think. Monika just did a tour on her new post about the Training Center. 50 degrees is going to be nice. They did say it was going to be freezing again the beginning of next week.
