The sales industry is stuff. It doesn't matter if you are selling cars, insurance, advertisement, and such-it's a daily grind. How do real estate agents stay motivated to continue on day after day, week after week, month and month, year after year in the face of rejection, disappointment, and a roller coaster ride of a dozen more emotions along with commissions.
Well, I write my goals down everyday and every time I encounter a frustrating or difficult challenge to remind myself of what my end game ultimately is. I also exercise, blog, journal write, read, pray, meditate, take mini breaks, and laugh.
