Let me tell you, if I am listing my home, I want my agent ready to receive and present offers when they come in. I don't want to find out two days later the buyer changed their mind because I had not seen the offer quickly enough or they saw another home on Sunday or the following morning and bought that instead.
Make sure you select the right agent and your full time agent is really full time and they are ready to present offers when they are received.
