Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents ~ hi Elizabeth... those grand, old mansions of the south do not exist in Indian Land. When we moved to Charlotte 20 years ago, there was not much there besides horse farms and double-wides. As land in adjacent Charlotte became very expensive, the move was just south over the state border. Indian Land for the most part "exploded" in growth in the past 10 years.
