This was another repeat customer who called me about a year ago. They asked me to start the process of trying to find a home near the new Chinese restaurant they own and run in Rockledge, FL.
They bought a townhouse from me about 3 1/2 years ago (when they owned a restaurant on the beach). It is now a bit too far away, because they have a 4 year old boy who will be attending school starting next year.
They wanted a single family home with a nice yard...and I had to find a home that would not bust the budget! It was a tall order!
After looking for quite some time, we found a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is only two blocks from their chosen school and just 7 minutes from work :)
The home closed yesterday and they now have asked me to help them with renting out the townhouse on the beach!
I love repeat clients! I will also be reviewing their new Chinese Restaurant (in Rockledge) (it is called Lin's Wok) in an upcoming blog post.
