In the old days, we would open a book with all the listings. Today, we have the MLS with everything known to man about a property. How long has it been on the market at what price? Where the lockbox is located. An auto link to the listing agent - HOA costs - a buyer doesn't need much else to know about a property.
We have lockboxes that open with phone apps; we automate the showing process including the confirmed showing lists on a calendar. The only thing left for us is to automate the showing addresses into our cars. And, that would replace entering them into the car's software.
Maybe next we automate the showing process totally with a Virtual Reality of each listing then we only need a VR of the neighborhood and we are good to go. Right?
