Flying High to the Top of Google

Services for Real Estate Pros with Get It Done For Me Virtual Services DRE# SL641317

Most agents and brokers hire us to do two things:

1. Listing marketing, coming soon marketing

2. SEO and blogging

That is followed up by social media managing, branding, graphics, logos, e-books, funnels, lead magnets and landing pages...

Now for SEO- that is the long game.

If you don't have the patience to play the game, don't even start.

We had one client who wanted SEO and he started to complain after only 2 weeks of us only working for 10 hours a week on his brand new website, that was not even optimized,  that he was not getting any traffic to his website!

That was a train wreck waiting to happen. This guy was not going to understand SEO or the value of it... it was better to just shake virtual hands and part our ways.

SEO can take months and years to get you to page one. Sometimes I can get you to page one in days and weeks. Sometimes in hours.

But that does not mean you will get a flood of traffic either.

Patience is the key to SEO.

The more narrow your niche, the faster you will get to page one but the fewer people you will find there. That is why it is so important to do LSI, latent semantic indexing, using all kinds of different variations of your keywords, synonyms, etc.

Here is one of our clients in a very specialized niche.  She just received one of the most coveted positions from Google, which is the "rich snippets":

Virtual assistant companies outsourcing for real estate agents

She is all over page one for a very important long tail keyword phrase that will bring her business in the long haul.

Virtual assistant services for real estate agents

For her more general keyword in her niche, she holds the #1 spot on Google on page one even above the very high authority sites in this niche. She is competing against nationwide websites in this niche.

Here she is even on top of the google map!!! Love it!!!

real estate agent virtual assistant outsourcing

So now that the vas have done an amazing job on her blog and website,  the next step is to set up the long form content to become so valuable people will optin to get the lead magnet she is offering.

These then become her leads which she will nurture.  Because in this niche, planning is very important, people start their research well in advance of a move.

Now, the main thing is this did not happen overnight. We have been working with her for 1.5 years.  Driving traffic is our next step once the funnel is tested and proved to not have any techie issues.

Onward and upward!

Good job Katerina.

Most people do not understand that SEO is a long game, but with lasting results if done correctly.

If you never start, you'll always be behind your competion.

Expecting the instant results by throwing money at something does not work in real estate today. Like a garden, you need to plant the organic blog post seed ideas, till the keyboard, harvest the results. If you weed, feed, water what you post that better be worthwhile Katerina Gasset ! Otherwise your blog post platform is going to be a very lonely dark dusty place. And you only have yourself to blame.

Hi Katerina Gasset eventually, all full time active agents will need a marketing agent to write blog posts and feed the Internet with material reflecting them and their listings.... listing and selling real estate is a full time job and marketing is a full time job.... one agent can't do both!!! I'm convinced of that.

Patience is the key ... but so is finding the happy medium of doing it yourself and/or hiring an assistant.

Katrina, those are awesome results. Sadly, way to many who depend on SEO don't understand it or have the patience to obtain good search results.

great article! You have covered so much information in such a short article, yet much left to discuss. Most real estate professionals don't understand SEOs, Page Ranking, Google, backlinking etc. Most agents kick the tires on social media thinking they have it covered.

What is so startling is the amount of work it takes to build an online presence and as mentioned above, the agent wanting Google ranking really needs professional guidance and assistance. It's just too much for one person.

31 years of providing fully satisfying service!

Thanks for the great reminder about perseverance and patience in the long road to consistent positioning on Google. Far more often overlooked is the failure of Realtor web sites to stand out sufficiently or to have easy to use tools to attract connection with prospective clients.

There is a huge industry that is sustained by Realtor dollars that does not readily offer a means to truly evaluate potential results before the required investment. Buyer beware!
