Property Coin is the new Bitcoin for Real Estate

It's exciting times in the world of technology and real estate. A new cryptocurrency called property coin will hit the market in a few weeks. It was built on a blockchain platform similar to bitcoin. The future is here Realtors. Title companies will soon be obsolete and real estate will transfer via a click of a mouse. Are you afraid? I'm not. Change is inevitable.

The concept is interesting. Aperture Real Estate Ventures is the genius behind property coin. The currency will be back by real estate investments and loans from the investment company-which as the companies holdings increase so will the coins value.  The IPO will start trading at 50 cents per share, with a minimum investment of $1000 coins.

This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of real estate cryptocurrency, especially if you missed Bitcoin.

Well call me conservative, call me what you like, not risking my money, let me know in five year how much you spent and what you got in return... wishing you all the best... Now let's not forget I am a Berkshire Hathaway agent and you know Warren Buffet is and has been conservative when it came to making his Billions, Endre

I'm not missing out on this one Endre. I missed out on Bitcoin because of the same fear. But not only excited about the investment, I'm excited about completing a real estate transaction much faster (in a manner of a day or two).

Morning again Deborah.

I'm with Endre Barath, Jr. on this one.  I know I've lost a lot of money on the stock market.  This one, unless I can turn it into cold hard cash, I'm not going to buy in

Awww James Dray, that's old school philosophy. You have to take risk. Nothing is guaranteed.
