The spring market is not necessarily Kathleen Daniels' busiest time of the year. It could be said that the San Jose Silicon Valley Real Estate Market is almost always a “spring market”, not just in terms of the spring-like weather we enjoy during the winter months, but because Kathleen Daniels, lists homes for sale, and helps buyers at a steady pace all year round.
My busy times therefore are not seasonal. My busy time starts nearly every day when I arise in the early morning. I have a daily routine which starts with making my bed. That small task makes a big difference for me. Once my morning personal “to-dos” are completed, I am at my office by 7:30am or 8:00am at the latest.
How Kathleen Daniels Keeps Focused
I block time to complete daily tasks like responding to emails and making phone calls. I also block time to complete tasks that are completed on a weekly basis, such as researching and adding new content to my website, and completing market reports on a monthly basis.
I am at the ready to take on business as it comes to me via a referral, a past client, or my website. As an independent broker, I do not take on more business than I know I can manage. My number one priority is to provide my clients with a Gold Medal Performance. My clients take home the gold.
Managing my business like a boutique is by design. It means my clients do not become a number in a high volume of business. It means all of my clients are assured they will get my time and attention. This is what my clients have come to love about working with me and among the reasons why clients have such wonderful things to say about me.
New Strategies for 2018
I do plan to dedicate more time to building my niche which is specializing in listing probate and trust properties for sale.
This post is my entry in the ActiveRain February 2018 Challenge.
