For sellers: Do you perceive a TEAM as getting more for your money??

Hi. I am thinking of establishing a team. I have heard from many sellers that they think a TEAM is better, because you get more people working on your listing.

Others have said, one agent who is focused on your home will do a better job.

What do you think???

Sher, have never been a team, but know working with co-oping agents with a team, it seems like the whole team does not keep up with the details.  Is that what a client thinks too?

My clients like the fact that I'm there for them every step of the way. But that doesn't mean that I can't have, like, a transaction coordinator help with inspections, paperwork and, generally things behind the scenes. Now there are teams where each member has his/her own job within the team. Such as one is team leader and gets the listings, while others handle the "open houses" (act as buyers agents) and still others do the marketing. There probably are others where each one is equal to all the others and help each other out in a crunch. What are your thoughts about teams?

I see teams that work, because there is one TRUE leader, and the rest follow. They do the open houses, and do showings, and there is a TC and marketing person too.

Others have partners, which to me are less efficient, because a seller can tell one person something that doesn't get conveyed to the other, and that can create a frustrating problem during the transcation.
