The Time to Buy is Now

Industry Observer

I know you here this a lot from many realtors, agents and people in the industry, but if you want to save money , the time to buy is now. Interest rates have gone up half a percent in recents weeks and we will be at 5% before we know, this is still low but why pay more interest if you do not have to. Also, the price of the commodities used to build homes is rapidly increasing. This latter data comes from Home Builders Economic Data. Our boss has been hinting at a price increase as well as other builders. So, if you want to buy a Sitterle Home in Aliana please call me at 281-804-9265!

If you're not going to buy now, then when?  With interest rates expected to go up, it is something to consider.

You are right Yolanda.  The longer people wait the more it will cost and many will find themselves priced out of the market totally.

Yolanda, it is the time to buy, before the interest goes up and up and gives the buyer less buying power.
