A change in the Weather brings out Buyers

By
Real Estate Agent with Kathuria Flynn Team of Keller Williams Integrity 606515

There are clear signs that Spring is on its way with the weather forecast indicating temperatures climbing into the seventies this week. It will play havoc with my Magnolia trees. They will think it's time to bloom only to suffer from frost a few days later.

Good weather also brings out Buyers in droves. People are ready for a change, not only in the weather, but where they live. Interest rates are still low so now is the time to take that step and go out looking.

Welcome to Active Rain and congrats on your first blog post Raj Kathuria.  We have seen an uptick in the market, but I think it has more to do with the rising interest rates than the change of seasons.

We had two teaser days this week - yesterday was in the low 60s, and today the high 60s, and then back to normal temperatures. I love the break!

Two feet of snow this weekend, and I still spent my weekend touring houses with buyers, and more lined up for this week.

It's a good thing!
