Pulte Homes offers two move-in ready homes in Estrella. A single-story home Trieste has three bedrooms, 3 ½ baths-priced at $635,377. Parklane is another single-story home at $635,377 with four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and a pool sized back yard.
Savona by Woodside Homes offers the Vernazza model offering 3,220 square feet with four bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, a pool size lot with incredible city views.
Altura by Toll Brothers has three move-in ready homes. The Sondrio in the Mediterranean exterior is 3,464 square feet with five bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, three-car garage and very large bonus room is priced at $804,995. The Provenza/ Mediterranean floor plan is 4,342 square feet and offers five bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, a multigenerational suite and a two-car garage – priced at $812,995. The third home is Sorrento that is a Spanish Colonial offering 4237 square feet with five bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and priced at $841,995.
Santa Rosa by CalAtlantic Homes is a townhome neighborhood and has three units ready for move-in. The first townhome is 1,488 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and two-car garage- priced at $346,467. The next is 1,845 square feet priced at $395,263 with three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a two-car garage. The third townhome is 1,754 square feet with three bedrooms and baths and priced at $398,979.
At Allegra by William Lyons Homes there are two homes for immediate move-in. Plan One is 2,964 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and three-car garage priced at $597,872. The second home is Plan Three spanning 3,323 square feet and has four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, master retreat and a three-car garage.
The Stonebridge village has six move-in ready homes in Caledonia by KB Homes. Three of these floor plans are from Collection I and the other three are from Collection II. These homes range from 1,850 to 2,768 square feet and offer from three to five bedrooms with prices starting in the low $400,000s.
