LISTED - AND SOLD IN 12 HOURS!

SOLD!   JUST 12 HOURS ON THE MARKET

Congratulations to my client, Eileen for a quick sale.. and to the Buyer, who are first time Buyers!  

My client was initially a little hesitant to list yesterday and wanted to wait for the "Spring" market in March.  It was my recommendation, since there were no other units for sale in the building, it would be a great time to sell rather than waiting until March, when there could potentially be 4-5 others for sale as well... Supply and Demand!

Needless to say my client was astounded, and I'm so happy for her.. Hopefully the conditions will be removed in a few days and we will have a firm sale.  She is 80 years old and now doesn't have to worry about it any more..

Hi Debe, I get a lot of Sellers who want to "wait until March"  and I always suggest to list now before there is lots of competition which could result in your home taking longer to sell... it's all about Supply and Demand... hers was the only unit for sale in the buidling.. and someone pounced on it the minute it was listed!
