Temecula Lease prices are on the steady rise.

Rising home values, increase in population, fewer rentals  - are all reasons for the steady increase in home rental values. 

The above chart shows about a $500 average price increase over 3 years.  Excellent news for investors in the area, not so good news for families hoping to pay less of their income towards housing.
