William Lyon Homes will be opening Ovation at Mountain Falls in Pahrump this coming spring – this will be the builder’s first of their Ovation series developments in Nevada.
Ovation, the age-qualified community, will re-envision the design of the typical senior living environment – focusing on the lifestyles choices of today’s 55-plus buyers that are a lot different from their parents.
Brad Nelson, president of the Nevada division of William Lyon Homes, stated “Baby boomers have reshaped every decade, so much that the old ‘norms’ have all but vanished. No more 30 years and a gold watch then retire and pass the time waiting for the grandkids to come visit. These days –between an encore career, exercise classes, travel and social activities- those same grandkids might find time on grandma’s lap a little hard to come by.” It is not unusual to see multi generations out enjoying activities together.
Ovation at Mountain Falls is a gated community with nine single-level open floor plan homes the offer clean lines and indoor/outdoor living. There are three home offerings Onex, Jade and Topaz each of which has three floor plans. The neighborhood has its own private recreation center with a pool, spa, fire pits, outdoor barbeques and indoor cardio and fitness, billiards room and arts room. Outside the gates of Ovation is the community of Mountain Falls with a trail system, golf facility and Grill Room that Ovation residents can share.
Onex floor plans offer either two or three bedrooms, 2 to 2 ½ baths, great room, kitchen area, and a two-car garage. Plans range from 1,462 to 1,732 square feet and prices start at $206,000. The Jade collection offers larger homes from 1,982 to 2,152 square feet – prices start at $269,000. These homes offer two to four bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, great room, kitchen with kitchen island and options.
Topaz offers the largest homes available in Ovation – priced from $295,000 and offer many different area configurations to make your home unique.
