Morristown, Vermont is a town just a bit North of Stowe, Vermont. Morristown has a population of 
about 2,000 and is home to Copley Hospital. It also has it's own school system plus a private school, Morrisville-Stowe Airport, Copley Golf Course and Ryder Brook Golf Course, and it provides many shopping venues such as Hannafords, Price Choppers, several pharmacies, plus McDonalds! Several restarants are also in residence.
The Number of Homes Sold in Morristown, Vermont - Overall one can see an increasing trend from 2012 through 2017. When comparing 2017 to 2016, the number of homes sold increased by 5%.
The Average Inventory of Homes available for sale reached it's peak in 2013/2014 and has been decreasing to only 41 homes in 2017. The Average Inventory when down 56% from 2016 to 2017.
