A Top Place to Live & Work – Numerous cities in Broward County have repeatedly been ranked among the top placesto live, work and play in the USA. Compared to Many Countries and Cities South Florida Cities' air quality ranks Great! Personally having lived in Southern California and Parts of South America I can attest to this! Florida’s economy has and is growing increasingly diverse over the past 20 years. There is an increasing number of people relocating here during their working years because of an increased focus on quality of life.
Variety of Fort Lauderdale Multi Family-Apartment Buildings- Whether a duplex, triplex or 4plex in Fort Lauderdale or 5 to 40 unit commercial apartment building, you can find Ocean Views, Intercoastal, and park views.
