Thanks! It is neat system, I have had a lot of fun developing it over the past several months, and I'm happy to see a lot of positive interest in it. You can see the Press Release that went out today at http://www.PinpointAgent.com/news.php

The free trial is a free 6 month profile listing on PinpointAgent.com. After the six months (maybe a year), it will likely return to the $48 annual (no other fees) rate. However, I am hopeful that enough agents will be interested in other services that we offer - help with search engine marketing/optimization, discounts on computer equipment, website development/optimization, sponsored agent program, and other services such that we won't have to continue the $48 annual listing (which is really there to cover infrastructure and staffing costs). For example, we can get some significant discounts from Dell, and pass the savings on to agents. I am working on a few "standard builds" because the Dell website itself has too many options. So, I am making a simple "agent bundle" that will have a desktop or laptop, printer option, camera, other peripherals as options. Stuff that I know is good, have used with agents repeatedly, and that are a good buy.

The free trial offer is open to individual agents, entire offices, and I'm hoping to work with some franchises and multi-office brokers in the near future (any leads are appreciated, ha!) Also, I plan to get out to Inman in San Francisco in July and meet some of our agents and new ones as well.
