The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.0 percent, new homes are up 8.2 percent and resale condos are up 14.9 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 5.9 percent, down 10.5 percent on condos and up 7.4 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 65.8 percent and the sales volume is down 9.1.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.2 percent and the sales volume is up 7.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 0.4 percent and the sales volume is up 38.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 0.5 and the sales volume is down 11.9 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 13.2 percent and the sales volume is down 12.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are 5.0 percent and the sales volume down 17.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 0.4 percent and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 0.0 percent and the sales volume is down 30.3 percent.
Volume is down across the bord here in south county, however look at the statistics on Corona del Mar's median price up over 65%. The market is tip toward the seller forcing the buyers to compete for few homes. Driving the properties up higher and higher.
