It is certainly promising to see buyers out and about in Cape Coral again. We have such a beautiful piece of paradise here and I hate to see empty abandoned properties looking so sloppy in so many areas. I have already seen some great changes to some of these properties once they are closed on and the buyer starts the cleanup. I recently sold a duplex that the neighbors were probably wishing for many months that someone would come in and do their magic. Well it happened and a new roof was put on, the yard was cleaned up and the place is beautiful once again. The family who purchased it are from out of state BUT the Mom who was living in a rental property will now be occupying one side of the duplex and soon the other side will be rented. It was fun working with buyers who had a vision of how nice this property COULD look. I am looking forward to seeing more of this happening in Cape Coral as I have 3 more buyers looking at homes that need the same type of sprucing up.
