When it comes to choosing a new home in Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens, there are many factors that come into play other than the home. The community, location, amenities, school district, value and overall vibe of the area are often more important than the home itself!

Here are the top 10 neighborhoods in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens as polled by agents in my office as well as friends and associates in the area.

1. ABACOA MARTINIQUE, NEWHAVEN & MALLORY CREEK

Martinique Abacoa Townhouse

The concept of Abacoa prevented us from choosing a specific neighborhood. So we took the top 3 Abacoa neighborhoods and bundled into our #1 pick. Abacoa communities are interconnected and at times it's difficult to tell when one neighborhood ends and another begins. Martinique, Newhaven and Mallory Creek all have similar vibes. Marinique and Newhaven are more established than Mallory, but were all constructed by Divosta Homes. 2. THE SHORES OF JUPITER

New portions of The Shores are gated, while a majority are not. HOA governed with reasonable monthly fees keep the community in pristine condition. 3. EVERGRENE

The Hamptons close proximity to Abacoa and the zoning for Jupiter High School make this a must see for buyers who are looking for a more affordable alternative in a great community. 6. PASEOS

Paseos Jupiter homesPaseos is located to the east of The Hamptons and built by Kolter Homes in the mid 2000's. Paseos main street connects Toney Penna and Central Blvd from the north to south. Mediterranean homes grace the streets with lakes, green areas, play grounds, tennis courts and cobblestone bridges. Speed humps keep traffic at bay and noise levels low. Close proximity to beaches, shopping and nightlife put Paseos on the top 10 communities. Egret Landing JupiterIf you're looking for space, value and location - look no further than Egret Landing. Built in the mid 1990's, Egret Landing offered more than one builder in the community. A majority of the homes are located on Cul-De-Sacs and feature lake views. HOA fees are kept to a minimum and are some of the lowest in Jupiter. The clubhouse and pool area overlook tennis courts, and the community is zone for great Jupiter schools. The homes are larger than average and some boast 3 car garages, pools and 4+ bedrooms. Great article! I know this was written in 2018 but still stands true in 2019! I must say most of the neighborhoods you mentioned I have worked both sides ( list/buy) and they are some of my Favorites to work in! Nice job!
