The Regency by Toll Brothers is an age-qualified neighborhood with a home available for move-in at the end of February – Wakefield Desert Prairie model with 2,659 square feet that offers two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a bonus room – priced at $777,995. The sixth neighborhood is Oluna by Lennar with three homes ready for immediate move-in – The Terra offering 3,800 square feet at $714,290, The Sol with 3,400 square feet at $669,105 and The Nova priced at $659,069 with 3,290 square feet of living space.
Reverence village built exclusively by Pulte Homes has three move-in ready floor plans. La Vista with three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths offering 2,599 square feet of living space and priced at $529,783. With 2,866 square feet of space the Palermo model has four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths priced at $518,992. Lastly there is Parklane model featuring 2,156 square feet with two bedrooms, 2 ½ baths – priced at $579,000.
