At a sales meeting with agents in the business five or more years I asked each one of them what they loved about their work and they gave me the following answers.

*Prestigious Career
*A Career - not a job
*Job security
*It's fun
*Never again looking forward to saying T. G. I. F.
*Being paid for doing work that you love
I loved the list and always showed it to agents or folks thinking of getting into the business as part of my interview with them... the folks that got all excited about ***Unlimited earning potential*** I almost always hired!!!
