Today, my buyers happily closed on this beautiful two bedroom, two bath pool home in Spring Hill, Florida.

They first contacted me in September 2015 with their plans to relocate to Florida from New Jersey. Not quite ready then, we identified their needs and preferences. 

I sent them properties to view online so that they could get a feel not only for our Spring Hill home market but also a good idea of what homes in their price range would be like. 

This January, they finally came to Florida for good and were ready to make an offer on a home. They were ready and just as well as the market is moving quickly these days. This pool home was on the market for only six days until the sellers accepted the offer from my buyers.
