One of my newer agents got a phone call, today, from an irate agent.
"I sent you a showing request yesterday... and you haven't responded"
"I'm sorry", she replied "I never got your request."
"I should report you to your seller!" the narsty agent yelled!
"Well.... you're talking to the seller", the agent replied. It's her own property.

Rudeness has not business in our business. Always give someone the benefit of the doubt before you start to question their integrity.
If we didn't allow rudeness, we'd have to get rid of 30% of the Realtors outthere.

What a great one-liner. Now, my question is will she turn him over for threatening to go over the line talking to the seller, without the consent of the listing agent?
not sure that the threat of tortious interference is the same as actual tortious interference.
Be careful what you ask for, you never know when you'll actually get it :)

Love it, people should learn to treat everyone as they want to be treated before they make a judgement.
Unfortunately, Nick & Trudy, apparently some people want to be treated like @#!%.
