"Sometimes the joy is found in turning a bad situation into something better than you could have originally imagined."
Have you ever had a plan go horribly wrong and realize later that the perceived failure led you down a different path that turned into a total blessing?
I have! It happens in real estate and it happens in life.
Business has an interesting way of teaching us lessons and giving us opportunities when we think the door has closed. Use those opportunities to open a new door. This usually requires calling on your problem-solving skills, developing a new plan and showing people you don't give up. This doesn't mean trying to make something happen that shouldn't happen. It means making something better happen.
I happen to believe all things work for the good, regardless of the mask it wears. When you trust the journey, even if you don't understand it, the journey becomes much more enjoyable and rewarding.
