The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles with a population just over 50,677. The Town of Parker is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community. It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer. You will find many locally owned businesses and restaurants.
Parker saw a decrease in sales for January compared to December, even though the weather has not been an issue this year. So far, there has been a slight increase in inventory, but doesn't seem like enough for the lower priced homes. Multiple offers are already being seen, and homes going under contract within hours.
