Don't Overspend when Buying a Home!

Real Estate Agent with 100 Pro Realty 3217814

Buying a new home is one of the most exciting things we do, it's also one of the biggest investments most people will make in their lifetime.

A couple of things to remember when you start the process:

  1. Don't Overbuy: Although you may qualify for more money than you thought, only borrow what you are comfortable with. Keep in mind, you will always have something unexpected to happen as a homeowner. Some mortgage companies may try to talk you into the higher mortgage amount but always look at the total picture: Taxes, HOA Dues, PMI, etc.
  2. You will want to buy new things for your home: such as furniture, accessories, enhance the landscaping, maybe put in a new deck or patio, fresh paint, etc. If you overextend yourself on your mortgage just because you qualify for more, you may not have extra money to do these things! has a few good tips to consider: 6 Things New Homeowners Waste Money On

At 100 Pro Realty, we make sure you make a smart move when it comes to buying your home. We guide you through the process from start to finish. We help to get the best purchase price, we help you find a mortgage company and we make sure everything meets your expectations! We want to make sure you find the perfect place to call home!

Great info.  That's why they say... House Rich, Cash Poor. Don't be one of ...those... people.
