Why Should You Use A Realtor To Buy Or Sell Your Home?

A Realtor's job is to act as a liaison between buyers and sellers.

When Representing Buyers:

  • Realtors have access to more information than you can find on Realtor.com or other real estate websites. Sometimes there are notes between agents in the MLS that are important for you to know but won't have access to if you aren't working with a Realtor.
  • We have up to date information and can set up an alert email so you will be one of the first to receive new listings!
  • We negotiate on your behalf making sure you get the best purchase price possible.
  • We do all the paperwork and can help connect you with a local lender or other resources needed.

When Representing Sellers:

  • There's a reason why approximately 90% of sellers will use a listing agent. Selling a home takes time, knowledge of real estate laws, local knowledge & trends and you must have a strong negotiator working on your behalf.
  • We strategically market your home online and with our connection of local & international colleagues and clients. We have global marketing power to get more exposure for your home.
  • We take care of all the paperwork so you can rest assured your documents are all legal and will be recorded by our title agency of choice.
  • While there are certainly people who are qualified to sell their home on their own, the process isn't as simple as many people assume. If you get into a difficult situation, it can really pay to have a professional on your side.
  • If you are thinking about selling your home on your own because you don't have enough equity cover real estate fees, call us, we may be able to help. We offer reduced fees for anyone in Southwest Florida. We like to give back to our community!

It seems NAR does not agree with your use of the term REALTOR. REALTOR's job is to pay duties. They do not license agents, and, besides Ethics, they do not regulate the business of real estate. States do. But then it is real estate agents, brokers, real estate salespeople, or any other way the state call us. But no REALTORs
