The Palos Verdes Art Center will be presenting it’s 32nd Homes Tour, Legends By The Sea: A Tale of Three Homes, on Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Tour will feature three homes that have a mix of designs with a classic Italian villa built in 1916, a mid-century oceanfront hideaway, and a bold 21st century contemporary. This is a great way to spend the day. You will be able to relax in the seaside atmosphere while touring, then enjoy a delicious luncheon from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. During the afternoon you will also have the opportunity to do a little shopping at the Collected Treasures shop, designer boutiques and enjoy original art pieces by local and PVAC Studio artists.

Pictured above is the serene and dramatic 21st century contemporary, located on the cliff’s above Abalone Cove. This high ceiling home is spacious and stylish, complemented by windows which frame the ocean view. Other favorite homes on the 2018 tour are the Villa Narcissa, which was built in 1916 to open the door to the Portuguese Bend area, and the Author’s Eclectic Abode which offers a warm welcome to a beach retreat with view of the coastline curving towards Inspiration Point.

Through Art at Your Fingertips, PVAC serves over 7,000 Palos Verdes area public and private elementary school children in their classrooms. There are also more than 200 classes annually for all ages and all skill levels. The Circle is a support group of approximately 100 members which has raised well over $1-million for PVAC.
