Housing Inventory in Geneva, Illinois is Rising

If you're looking to buy a home in Geneva, your options are about to get better.  After hitting a low in December of last year, the number of homes for sale has risen 2 months in a row.

There are currently over 240 homes on the market in Geneva, IL.  While this number is still low, things are improving.  Geneva has been in a sellers market since November.  Demand remained strong while supply dwindled.  This put sellers in an advantageous position.  Sale prices rose and market times fell.

The tide is turning as we approach the Spring market.  Geneva currently has a 2.6 month supply of housing inventory.  A real estate market with 3 to 6 months of inventory is considered balanced.  So, if you've been considering selling, why not beat the competition and get the ball rolling?
