Working in Denver property management has us in the best parts of town to see what’s going on during the crowded weekends. Part of the perk of having showings in these areas means that as soon as we are done we can go visit some of the awesome events right in the thick of things. If you have been to Ratio Beerworks in RiNo you will know they are a popular brewery. Lines grow quickly but move swiftly. There are multiple food trucks outside for the right food and beer combo. There is an outside area which will only gain in popularity once the weather starts warming. This weekend is supposed to be 55 and sunny, which is plenty of warmth for people to go outside. In March you take what you can get and people in Denver have a much higher tolerance for what weather constitutes shorts weather.

Ratio will be having the Cool Beans Beer and Coffee festival this morning at 10am. $30 gets you access to coffee beers that go beyond the traditional offerings of stouts and porters. Coffee IPA’s and American Ales will be in full supply. Since this begins at 10am, Bloody Beers provided by the Real Dill will be on the menu, and local roasters will have coffee on site too. The food for the mid-morning drinking experience will be integral to the day, and so Julep, Glazed and Confused and Bacon Social House are answering the call. They aim to provide you with the sustenance needed to keep your strength up and your stomachs iron clad. There will be bites and breakfast delights in abundance. The event runs until 1:00pm, so don’t worry if you don’t get there until a little after 10am. You will have plenty to do after the event in RiNo if you have the stamina to continue drinking through the day and night.
