Corona del Mar Home Values 3/11/2018
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Joe Steck. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.6 percent, new homes are up 3.5 percent and resale condos are up 2.9 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 6.5 percent, down 12.5 percent on condos and up 5.8 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 5.3 percent and the sales volume is up 21.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.7 percent and the sales volume is up 12.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 3.7 percent and the sales volume is up 7.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 12.1 and the sales volume is down 20.3 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 22.0 percent and the sales volume is down 31.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 11.1 percent and the sales volume down 36.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 17.1 percent and the sales volume is down 22.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are 19.0 percent and the sales volume is up 7.4 percent.
Oops market went a bit down this last week. Now sure what is happening in our market. I still know there is a large back log of buyers. Let's see what the week brings.
