Home Sales for Ron Saporito
Finding a Realtor or Broker to represent you in purchasing or selling a property is the most important step to buying a home or listing your property for sale. It should be the first step before you do anything else.
Knowing the properties that are available on the market (i.e. your competition) and those that have recently sold is important when deciding the right price to list your home for sale, or if you are buying - what price to offer. Your Realtor should know more about these properties than you!
Who you work with matters!
You want to work with someone experienced in your neighborhood of interest. His/her sales history is a perfect resource and you should inquire about past sales prior to hiring him/her to work for you. You want someone knowledgeable in the area or community you are considering.
Knowing the floor plans in the community and the CC&R's of the HOA as well as the taxes for the area are all important when it comes to buying and selling real estate. In short, you want to work with a neighborhood expert!

As you can see on the map below, during my 15 years of experience in the Coachella Valley real estate market, I have represented buyers and sellers in every city of the Coachella Valley. Each city is unique in its own way and has special offerings for homeowners such as discounted golf for residents or perks to the Tennis Gardens.
