Go Above and Beyond on Listings or not? Absolutely YES!!!

Just because the next person does not exceed expectations as a professional does not mean you SLACK too. 

Example : I get a Foreclosure and it's full of Garb, I will centrally put everything out of the way so it can be listed immediately! MLS photos must be one of my pet peeves (toilet seat up, people in pics). 

Go Above and Beyond your call of Duty as an Agent to Win more Buyers and Sellers. I personally sweep out every property voluntarily just for good PRESENTATION!

Always ask yourself " What can I do today to make someone PROUD?'
