It would increase the fee Notaries may charge for certain acts. Notaries would be able to charge $25 per signature for acknowledgements, proofs and jurats. They also would be able to charge $50 to take depositions; $15 for administrering an oath to a witness; and an additional $15 for completing the certificate.
