Everyone is asking me, "Are bank owned homes really on their way back in Arizona?"
The answer is YES!
Of course everything has change from our former run from 2005 - 2011. And....there is near the amount there used to be. The players have all changed as far as which banks are foreclosing on the most homes. Fannie Mae is the biggest contributor to the bank owned homes on market.
