Educating the Potential Clients that are on the Fence

I know everyone has a backlog of clients that want to but have not commited to purchase that new  property.  They are waiting for the news media to say that this is the bottom.  But that would be good news which is not good to report.  Every week or two I send out some positive news or motivational information for these people.  The news ranges from the interest rate moving lower, builders paying all closing costs, a bunch of sales in a community or a new home builder raising prices.  Any information that keeps me in front of the client.  One day soon they will come over the fence.  www.Orlando-Homes-4-Sale.com

I agree that the buyers need some good news, and there is a lot of it mixed in there with the bad if we keep our ears open.
