When Related Group first launched the SLS Lux, located at 801 S. Miami Avenue, they promised “the most elevated living experience in Brickell.” Now, just shy of four years later, the group has announced that the last remaining penthouse in the building has been sold. In the finishing phase of opening the 450-unit luxury condo, the pre-construction units are now closing and the building is currently scheduled to open in early April 2018. SLS Lux is reported to be the last Related Group development to open along South Miami Avenue in the Brickell neighborhood of downtown Miami.
Part of a trio of buildings that make up Brickell Heights, the SLS Lux is said to be the most luxurious of the group. Tying them all together is the unmistakable rainbow murals commissioned for each building by Argentinian artist Fabian Burgos. The three condo buildings are the epitome of live, play, and work as they are surrounded by the multitude of shops, restaurants and entertainment of Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village as well as Miami’s Financial District.

Although many good deals can be found early in pre-construction, a soon to be released report by Ross Milroy shows that in today’s market, often even better pricing can be obtained once the original buyers begin to resell as is the case at properties such as Icon Bay, Nine at Mary Brickell, Bay House and others.
