Well, if your plans are to build this year you need to get it in gear.
Talking with one builder he is booked up to even start a house into August.
If you have not gotten qualified, do it right away!!!!!!
If you have not pick out a lot or land...GET ON IT!!!!!
Your new home construction could spill over into early winter.
Then the costs go up!
If you are planning on building this year...GET OFF THE FENCE!
Time is a wasting!

Great message, and glad to hear the building industry is doing well in MN. A
Builders up here are in the same boat. Even the house designers are really busy with designs.
Now is certainly a good time to start the process. Here we have the issue of most of the good lots being snatched up if you drag your feet.
We are slow to build here in the Greater Sacramento region. However, I was out and about earlier this week, and noticed a large condo complex being built not far away.
