I'm Doing What I Thought Only Old People Did. Guess That Makes Me Old, Too.
Old People Like Me Like to:
- Look for the early bird dinner specials because they save us money.
- Talk about ailments and see who can one up the other.
- Like to wrap their hands around the coffee cup because it warms the joints.
- Constantly check the weather reports so we can dress appropriately and be prepared.
- Love getting a bargain, brag about how much we save and proudly ask for every discount we can get.
- Have several pair of glasses because we never know when will need to read the small print.
- Avoid eating more and more foods because they no longer agree with our digestive systems.
- Keep routines and feel off balance and out of sorts when things change up too much.
- Play in their pills and have several different pill caddies to help keep them straight.
- Turn the volume on the TV way up because it is harder to hear every word.
- Have quiet time and love to sit and enjoy it.
