Art in Context- Staging with Wall Art
Here’s an interesting challenge: Staging with wall art that puts art in the context of happy residential real estate sales. Over the years, I’ve noticed that residential buyers often are impressed with what they see on the walls, and that includes more than an updated color palette or fresh coat of paint. Buyers notice a particular artful nudge from the wall décor itself.
That may be the reason any number of staging experts suggest adding that very artful nudge. But what if the seller is budget conscious? That’s where online art studios come in handy. Good news for your client and you as art in context means stories and images that change when people engage them. In other words, art in context opens up buyer conversations.
But again, what if the seller is budget conscious? Purchasing studio art online does not mean breaking the bank. Twenty (20) dollars or-so for a colorful, exciting contemporary paintography piece based on a client’s preferences in art and collecting style can bring a lively note a room without blowing the budget.
Take a look at a few of my favorite online art studios from our colleagues.
