Special offer

For snow-weary home owners (Orange County NY)

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with eXp Commercial, Referral Divison RRE-BRO-LIC-75443

It's March 22nd, the third day of Spring 2018.  We woke up this morning to more snow. "We" being myself and all my local Monroe NY home owners. This is the fourth snowfall in the past few weeks. And if I counted correctly, our snowfall totals have been somewhere around four feet in just a few weeks. So while the calendar indicates it is Springtime, the weather is not cooperating.

This post and accompanying video are for my fellow home owners who live in Monroe, or any of the surrounding areas in Orange and Rockland Counties. If you have HAD IT with the snow and you never want to see another shovel or snowblower again, call me. Together we can get your home sold and can get you started on the next phase of your life. A phase that is in a place with sunshine and warm temperatures, year-round. Ahhhh.

Call me and your dream of being warm all year long could become a reality!!!  914-419-0270.

I also have a great network of wonderful real estate professionals who can help you buy your new home, no matter where you want to move. The beaches of Florida? The dry heat in Arizona or New Mexico? Perhaps the west coast in California? Hawaii? Call me. We can get you to your shangri-la.

Happy Spring!

Kat Palmiotti  We too have had our fair share of snow . Living in a condo community I have never had to lift a shovel or clean my car off . The wonderful people who handle snow removal do it .  Condo living isn't for everyone but it is an alternative

Nina - Thank you! I bet I got a few strange looks as I stood out there on my front lawn talking to my computer. haha.

Hannah - I had a co-op for about a decade while my children were growing up. It worked perfectly, and you're right, a great benefit was no shoveling!

Kathy - Thank you, and yes, I definitely had those excellent agents in mind when I added my last paragraph!

Good morning Kat.  That is a powerful message for those that don't like the snow.  Though, I think it looks beautiful.

Hi Kat,
Send them to Central Washington.  We have four wonderful seasons.  Yes, we have snow in the winter (and a ski area just 12 miles south of town) but the winter doesn't last forever.  I've already been golfing 4 times this year.  Going out again today.  I can recommend a couple of good agents for you to refer to!

Gabe - It is beautiful! But I'm sure there are many who have just had enough of the work associated with snow.

Carol - How wonderful (about the outdoor activities already!). I'll definitely add that area to the list!

Kat, cute video, and you have seen WAY TOO MUCH snow over the last few weeks.  We have not seen any all winter, and now 3 times this week.  It does melt mostly by noon though.

Kat, the snow is beautiful to look at as long as you can stay indoors and don't have to shovel it. When we lived up north one morning near the end of April we woke up to 6" of snow and that was when we decided to move to Florida.

Cocoa Beach is a favorite location due to our three seasons, low cost of living and great location. I am happy to assist anyone who wants to trade snow for sunshine.

Joan - Melting by noon would be easier to deal with!

Lisa - I'll have to mention that to sellers!

Lise - We're back to cold here too, although it's around 40, not 20, so that's good!

Diana - I'll keep the Cocoa Beach area as a recommendation as well!
