The two-story homes are Plan Three with 3,144 square feet of living space offering four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and a three-car tandem garage and Plan Four measuring 3,265 with as many as five bedrooms,4 ½ baths and bonus room. The master bedroom and bath are located on the first floor of the home.
Indigo is bringing modern forward looking homes to North Las Vegas with its grand opening later in April located in the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley close to the 215 Beltway at Revere Street.
The exteriors of the homes are offered in Modern Spanish, Desert Contemporary and Nevada Living each with its own unique details. The three two-story floor plans measure from 2,014 – 2,642 square feet with up to 5 beds and up to 3 baths.
Plan One offers 2,014 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and two-car garage. Plan Two is 2,414 square feet with the option of four bedrooms, three baths, a lounge area just off the entry and a two-car garage. Both of these plans an optional loft instead of third bedroom.
Plan Three is the largest home with 2,642 square feet of space with four bedrooms, three baths, loft space and two-car garage. Options include a lounge instead of fourth bedroom and a fifth bedroom as an alternative to the loft.
The Cliffs will have eleven neighborhoods when completed from different builders including Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes builder partners in the Nevada Builder Trade-In Program operated by the Smith Team through Keller Williams Las Vegas. This program is a solution for the growing segment of buyers/sellers in purchasing a newly built home contingent on the sale of their existing home.
