The prime space is now available as the tenant Elite Hoop's has out grown the suite.

This assignment is taking longer than it should, I have pulled out all the marketing guns.

I have been contributing the low activity to winter and spring break--that is over, I hope things economically are not slowing down.

Hey I failed to mention that I did sucessfully sublease this space to two firms. in June'18.

We simply divided the space into two by closing and locking two doors.

Took longer then we thought but we leased for more then if just one tenant and Elite Hoops is a happy client.
