Which one do you want? Neither

Industry Observer

As many of you know Bob and I love the beach and we have always wanted to live near one. About 12 years ago,  one of my hosts said he had a cousin that was a big time realtor in Myrtle Beach, he said it was really hot there and good prices. So he gave me her contact information. I told her what my parameters were. So she sent me two listings, neither which Bob or myself were remotely interested in. She then emailed me and asked me which one we wanted to buy. I thought is she kidding? No more information on if you go up you will have more to chose from or can I set you up a drip nada. I was really taken aback..did she really think we were going to buy just like that sight unseen no customer service nothing. I know knew where my host got his laziness it ran in the family. I told neither and we were no longer interested in the area. I could not believe she was succesful can you imagine if she had been any good?

Hi Yolanda... someone told this agent this was a good "closing" line, I bet. Wonder if it's still working for her.

We are astounded at this story.  It reminds me of a woman who was supposed an expert on a type of investment.  We talked to her at length, and we told her that we were going to do more research.  She called us the following week and invited us to lunch at the Biltmore Hotel here, and her last line was "bring your checkbook"!  We promptly declined the invitation...A

Wow, customer service at its worst. No wonder you dropped her like a hot potato. Perhaps, there are plentiful mice around for this fat cat - she doesn't think she has to work for sales.

That's pretty amazin', Yolanda!  I was in Myrtle Beach just one day and night in 2014.  It was in the midst of a horrendous rain, thunder, and lightening storm.  I only got to see the beach and the farris wheel through my windshield with the wipers going lickety split.  I would like to travel there again someday, when it's nice day though.

Maybe after the winter back east, this is the norm there with people just wanting to get out of the hell they have experienced. No matter, surprised at how this person does business, cheers cvc

Yolanda, that is simply amazing, and have to agree, is quite lazy.   I would never call her again either.

Oh good grief.  That's a pushy approach to say the least.  Don't you wish it were that easy?
