Day 1 of 90; Becoming the best journey are words that I wrote 8 years ago when I started this real estate journey back in Dallas Texas.  For the first 90 days of my real estate career I followed a regime that included sharing what are considered best practices in real estate for successful Realtors®.  I do this now again to pursue the next level of service to myself, my community and the people who live here.  In this way the focus is on our shared and collective community and not on leads, listings and leverage as the end goal.  The goals of closing deals and earning commission are just part of the process that you employ every day.

My schedule through the years has been fluid and this has kept me from being free from needs. The truly successful Realtor® has a schedule that is locked and loaded to free themselves from worry.  They feed their mind in the morning, they challenge their body physically and mentally before they begin to serve the community.  My schedule is Meditate, Read, then Write before I exercise.  All this work connects me to my inner self which I know through meditation and study that this connection is the deepest connection to all energy and all opportunity.

When I get to the part of the day when I begin to make calls to prospects I am calm in the knowledge that should they need help, I am here for them.  The calls and conversations are never forced or false. They are true efforts to connect to their needs and understand.  Once the connection is made, or blocked the next actions come from that.  It is not negatively or positively charged as emotion, it is a furtherance of our energies becoming focused on a common goal. So today in Day 1 of 90; Becoming the best journey I am off...

Good morning, Larry Lawfer your day 1 begins very similar to mine.... I begin at the gym followed by meditating and writing...  meditating is done more than once throughout the day.
