Buy Daytona condos for heavenly good prices

When I was getting into real estate, I thought that I would need initial experience, and after a few transactions, I would know everything and then it would simply be a repetition.

After way over a decade in Real Estate I know, that every time there is something new, it is rarely a repetition. Also, I learned that whatever you are doing today does not guarantee your tomorrow. How many times I was noticing how we start failing because the industry changed and we were not ready for that.

The biggest failure of new agents that I have observed is that they do not come up with a marketing and lead generating plan and stick to it. Rather they dabble in something new every month looking for the majic bullet so to speak. Thanks for the list.

Reading the right books is very important!!   Maybe that is why I love Audible so much .... just plug into the cell or the car, and get my dose of reminders through-out the day.
